With the anger management techniques, you get to be cool and at peace with both your inner and external responses and you can likewise avoid hurting other people. Do not simply stand up and say something when you are too enraged as you will just open doors to the rise of conflicts. This anger management technique is also known as the fight-or-flight stratagem and is often the most used one.
Other anger management techniques involve writing down your negative thoughts on a paper; spending your cooling down time with a pet, or having someone to talk with. Never ever let anger eat you up like mold filling a bread.
